BMA calls for a halt on all forms of alcohol marketing
  • The British Medical Association (BMA) has called on the Government to "Implement and rigorously enforce a comprehensive ban on all alcohol marketing communications". The proposed ban would not only focus on traditional direct marketing vehicles, such as television and cinema, but would also include indirect methods, including sponsorship, competitions and branded clothing.
